Below is a rundown of our return policy rules:
*All returns and exchanges must be received back within 14 days of receiving the order or if bought in person, the item must be returned within 7 days after purchase date.
*All from the hive and mead sales are final.
*Returns must include original invoicing sheet and include a reason for return.
*Returns must be un-worn, tags in place, and un-washed.
*Shipping is non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end.
*Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
*Our Inventory is changing daily, so if we don’t have the item in stock, we will only offer store credit via email gift card. NO REFUNDS.
*Store credit doesn’t expire.
*If you receive a damaged item, you need to get in contact with us immediately.
